Irr Supply Centers, Inc. is a leading distributor of
plumbing, heating, cooling, and refrigeration products serving a wide range of customers
in Upstate New York and Northern Pennsylvania. Our customers include plumbing,
heating and air conditioning contractors, mechanical contractors, refrigeration
contractors, oil and propane dealers, kitchen and bath retailers, well drillers, pump
installers and water treatment specialists, municipalities, schools, hospitals, and
industrial plants. Since 1864, we have provided our customers with quality products and

Irr Supply offers a full range of diversified
products in multiple areas (plumbing, heating, refrigeration, etc.). Product diversity
helps our customers get the products they need with one-stop shopping. We handle premium
products in each category upwards of 31,000 SKUs including well-known brands such as
Weil-McLain (boilers), Kohler (plumbing) and Dupont (refrigerant). Irr Supply is committed
to fair and competitive pricing for our customers. We sell high-quality products at
reasonable prices, combined with additional services beyond customers expectations.
No-hassle Distribution
Irr Supply harbors over $23 million of inventory
which is readily available to all of our customers. Our system for distributing this
inventory is fast and effective, just another extension of our superior service policy.
Our 28-branch network allows us to stay in close contact with our customers. Supported by
our 120,000 square foot distribution center in North Tonawanda, New York, the network
enables the fastest process possible to get you the products you need when you need them.
We pride ourselves on our ability to source and supply the special requirements of our
customers. We offer expedited local delivery service with 65 vehicles to provide prompt
delivery service to your job site within the same day you place an order.
Our computer system orders automatic inventory
replenishment through our fleet of 8 tractor-trailers, consolidating inventories in all
locations into one centralized database. Our eSales service allows customers to dial
directly into the system for availability, pricing and ordering, 24 hours-a-day.
Irr Supply guarantees timely delivery to our
customers, timely warranty service and timely will-call counter service. If we fail to
honor our promises, we pay the customer a $25 reward.
Diversity and Growth through Acquisition
Since its inception over a century ago, Irr Supply
has grown internally, while external acquisitions in recent years have expanded our
operation by leaps and bounds. Many of our locations are the result of acquisitions. Under
our progressive business strategy, acquired companies retain their names, their identities
and their loyal customers. Northrup Supply, an 8 branch distributor of plumbing and
heating, based in Binghamton, New York, was acquired in 1982. Jordan Supply Companys
6 branch operation specializing in refrigeration, heating and cooling supplies, based in
Buffalo, New York was acquired in 1990. Irr Supply also operates Visionary Baths & More, our four
states-of-the-art showrooms for upscale plumbing products. At Visionary Baths showrooms,
highly trained design specialists assist customers in premium product selection.
